Sorry! My aim though is to maintain this level whilst I continue with my 50 pull ups: I'd love to be able to do both at the same time... well, not the same time, but...oh, you know what I mean!
I reckon I'm about halfway to the 50 (gonna do a max test later this week after tomorrow's session - I brought my Door Gym to my hotel:again!)
Wonder if you kept the programme up if you'd get to 200...?![]()
