    No, just Ben and Me.

He did travel up to Weasdale with Gav and me on the Saturday and ran well.

Legs are a bit tender today, steady run tonight.

    Re: Todays Bike Ride

Def no ride for me today. But I've just managed a 5 mile run after working late. And I've just whipped a cassette off to degreaser and clean and check the wear on my chain after finding the chain checking tool. Yes my lad had used it, god knows what for. Maybe picking his toenails.
Just about ready for a new chain . The SRAM ones are cheaper and easier to fit and remove but a genuine campag chorus chain lasts much longer for sure.

Contary to what a lot of people think chains don't stretch they wear

Lap of the BillJ '10'. 3 minutes slower than last week due to windy, muddy conditions and nearly getting garotted by a wire fence! :w00t:

OOps, just out for a quick 20 when halfway round my cassette starts moving around, very looseslightly dodgy to change gear but steady ride hope without alarm in what gears I had! What do you reckon Daz, time for a new cassette and chain, done about 4,000 miles on this one?
