out of interest, does anybody look at the results page?

I can appreciate that if you do a race you look at the event website, but is it worth updating the FRA result page some time later?

I look at the results page. It's very useful if you've not done a race before to see what sort of time you're likely to do

    Keep up the good work

Considering this as a return after a month off, not entirely sure I'm well enough to start racing again, but I'm missing it too much, so maybe just pace along without pushing too hard. Just wondering what to put on my feet - is there too much flagstone for Mudclaws or would I be good in aggressive trails??

It's been pretty dry round here the past week so you'd probably be ok without Mudclaws.

Any results anywhere for this? I believe the course record was beaten at the weekend....not on website yet.

I'm off over for this, I'm expecting lots of gritty footpaths, fields and many stiles. There looks to be a short tour of a high moor in the middle. I'm going to have to get up early to get my shopping done beforehand.
