I was going to ask you to bring along a crate for me!
I don't think I'll be doing the 23 miler as I've not been getting any long runs in...
It's a choice between the 16 miler or bringing the kids (8 and 6) on the family walk.

There will be cases galore back at the finish.

I've heard nothing to say otherwise but I will double check, I wouldn't mind running it this year.

I was at work on Wednesday, quietly minding my own business, when a voice behind me asked if I'd enjoyed the 'Trunce'

Turning around it was one of our friendly 'yellow van' drivers (Paramedics), John had been there, as he's in the 'WMRT' (think he was keeping dry in the Landy on Monday)

He'd been dropping some leaflets in, & it appears that one of our lovely young Nurses is interested in the event!
I have already offered to accompany her................

(bearing in mind that it's the Cyclo-Cross at Temple Newsam the next day, so no flogging myself over the course)

I'm trying to get the uptodate map which I'll post asap but try Rodders as I think he has his track from last year, Although I'm not sure which route he did.
