    Helvellyn triathlon training starts here. I need to get my foot completely ok by September! 30 minute run today on the treadmill plus 1km in the pool. Was going to do a lot more in the pool but decided to save myself for my first cycle race tonight which I never made it to because the pub and the cinema beckoned. 28 weeks later is a very sick film.

    Did just over 4 miles last night over the wet and windy fells - legs felt reasonable, and didn't really cause too many problems until hitting the tarmac at the bottom

    Don't seem too bad today may try a run later??

    very easy week - only 11miles in 4 days

    26 on Sunday will make up for it though

    well my knee eased today so i thought
    12 miles
    ran hard for first 6 then realised i have a 10mile relay on sunday
    quickly applied the brakes
