    Dogs do.
Just taken Ernie for a walk round the fields and he has hated every minute.
    Driving wind and rain.
When I went to take his collar and coat off he just turned his back on me and walked off.
I call him over and he snubed me.

Pilgrim, sounds wet wet wet, shame about the expensiveness of the jacket. I fear I would've had a credit card related accident in that situation

Yes they bear grudges til you open a tin of cat food, then all is forgotten.

Fancied treating myself to a jacket with event fabric until I saw the price!!
Underside of the car should be nice and clean now after the drive back to the youth hostel - the roads are under water. I managed to get back... driving VERY slowly past a car that hadn't managed it. There's about 18" of water now so I'm not going anywhere soon. Jacket's busy soaking in the reproofing solution and I'm off to the pub once it's finished.
Bloody hell that sounds like a great day  Wish I was there :w00t:
