Mate died on this road, felt bad and dizzy. When we got to Dovestones we only had to run up to Chew Reser and across to Lad O Rocks and down to YHA but he was wasted. Decided to leave him at Dovestones to start to walk along the road to Mossley. I ran on over the moors to get the car back and go and collect him. Cracking day for being out on the moors.

RR - is this mate still your mate after the punishment you dished out to him?

It was a quick 5.5mile run for me today, around the local woods. Enjoyed running with the sun on my back The sunburn's a pain though
