cycled to the post box - 200 yds at most
17 miles and 7000ft in the wonderful sunshine! Thanks to Mike for guiding us round Borrowdale (and giving me food for thought!) and Ed for not getting us lost for those final 4 miles!!
Dave and Keg (the collies) certainly made light work of bolder hoping and climbing! Not sure the same can be said for me, going to have a wee think if I'll pin the number to the vest in August or find a comfy seat in the beer tent!

Did get out on the bike for 30 mins after my physio session thou!
Apparently my knee is ok from a functional point of view and nothing obvious wrong with it, ie physi couldn't get it to hurt.
Going to give it another week and see how it is before I go seek some more help!
