Brilliant walking with Martin and Mr Brightside, while the others ran along only just ahead of us in a glorious snow covered landscape with fab views! Lots of good craic at the George and Gun & Dog... tradional curry at Lakeland Spice and then... the LOFT... not been to a club in well, I think about 25 years!!!

The BGR seeing off relay went particularly well as well, pitty all parties had to pull out due to the rather severe weather...

Thank you Amex, God of the Fells and < whispers > the Loft... for trying to herd cats yet again and organise a brilliant weekend! Bring on XOTF 2011
Aye H, an embarassing oversight there! Will you be uploading your photos to somewhere in due course? Great to meet you and best of luck with that awful knee business.

I will see what my photo's are like... I forgot my camera, used the mobile, which behaved erratically... possibly due to the cold! And it also started running out of batter on the Saturday, so had to stop using it alltogether

Thank you to everyone (especially Amex for the mulled wine & mince pies & being an all round diamond geezer) for a fantastic time this weekend - will stop being such a lightweight & make the Loft next year - will have a proper drink to you all later to toast your good health. & warmest regards for the season.
