Anyone watch 10 things you need to know about losing weight last night ?http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode...Losing_Weight/

You can eat low fat Dairy products and the calcium in them helps you get rid of other fat in your digestive system as the calcium causes it to bind together and not get absorbed.

A good protein breakfast (weight for weight with any other breakfast) makes you less hungry at midday so you eat less.

You continue burning calories after exercise is completed while your body recovers.

One of SS smoothies better than eating the individual items as it takes longer to leave your stomach and your stomach doesn't shrink as quickly prompting the hunger pangs.
    Works for soups as well.

Interesting stuff, so SS is not a food fascist after all

So far, so good today - 2 x slices of toast with marmalade (hate butter & marg so thankfully one less temptation); cheese sarnie & banana for lunch, apple for later. But, bookclub tonight = wine & cake. Have run everyday this year, rest day today, cycle tomorrow, run on Sun. Still 132lbs.

Many, many cals in beer (and some vitamins).

Just managed to do another one last night without too many tears.
That pain is a nice feeling though, it means isn't wasn't long till your last hard workout! We got smashed on a circuit yesterday morning, felt especially painful after hitting the gym the night before!

Its the bunny hops and bear crawls that kill me!

Done well this week, no chocolate/beer/crisps, just healthy food all the way. Only odd snack was nuts and dried fruit combo.

I am down to my last 2 pieces of Christmas cake after having one with my lunch today. I took (and ate) 4 slices on my New Year's Eve recce of the Haworth Hobble so it is not lasting as long this year.
