ok I've started on the campaign trail to loose that Xmas podge. plan to lose 10 lbs before the Mickledon Straddle. Watch this space....
I'm intending to scare the wobble out of the lard and have it packing it's bags and sprinting off faster than it could say chocolate cake!!!
Bring on more lettuce pickled onions and tomatoes....say no to crisps, cakes, chocolate and sugary drinks, oh and more running of course!
