Slept better last night:
- Last green tea was earlier
- No training in the evening (too tired!)
- Shattered from no sleep the night before
- A couple of herbal sleeping tabletsan hour before bed (which was 10 o'clock!)
- Took a warm milk to bed and read for 20 minutes or so.
Took me about 10 minutes to go off. That's better.Thank you all.
