Accidentally ran 5.1 miles on today's 4 miles lunchtime run

Not a bad mistake, and it will help with shifting some lard (especially as it hasn't left me any time to eat my lunch).

A nice four miles from Marsden Up the Dam wall & along the Wessenden Valley to the Deer Farm and back. First outing for the crimbo headtorch. Nice. Happy with 39 minutes.

Nice night outing through the Plantation from Greenfield, west ascent of Wimberry dropped down t'other side and back via Plantation - great night out there, not another soul to be seen in the valley - peaceful

about 7 miles over't fells by Torchlight

Langsett, shooting cabin, Pike low, Cut gate, fingerpost, Langsett

All with my good friends from Penistone.

A few aged forumites crept out and let me join in the fun

It was good to see the ever Cheerful Ginger Whinge, along with Blue Bike, Straggler, 'Kin snail, ex Pennine Andy G and a fair few others.
Great run and a good pint of Landlord to finish it off
