Only just seen this.... you should have pm'd me, I only live 1/2 mile away... rooms are very nice and the breakfast is cracking.
maybe next time. I'm sure I will be dropping in again, probably after the next Dark&White event. (depending where it starts).
Did'nt realise it was CAMRAs 'best pub in Derbyshire'! seemed a bit foody, but the bar stock coulnd't really be faulted.
Did you not eat? The food is great... no-nonsense menu and predominately locally sourced.. the steak and ale pudding is epic.
no food was taken. Superflygal had a post run roast on so just a stool by the bar and a packet of crisps!
my mate said he will be popping back soon with his mrs to check out the menu.
