    One bloody curry last night for Son's Birthday tea.
    Glanced at the scales this morning 2lb on.
    Gutted
    Even weighed my self again just now and still 2lb on. (and I'd had a sit on the bog)

    I'll be slogging up Slowdon and the Glyders tomorrow morning though so hopefully 3 or 4 of those lb will come off.
