I'll be slogging up Slowdon and the Glyders tomorrow morning though so hopefully 3 or 4 of those lb will come off.

11st 13lbs, lost a lb, if only we could lose lbs as easily as pounds sterling

Latest weight for me is 10st 4lbs (144lbs), down from 147. The difference is probably more because I hadn't eaten for a few hours and I'd just emptied my bladder. Apart from that it has been life as usual.

I don't understand the significance of the brackets so I've added some more symbols. If there is an official custodian of the list, please excuse my meddling. I took the liberty of updating Steve's as well. (Will you be on The Hebden next weekend, Steve?)

As I've read that the best time of day to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning (after toilet but before eating) I've just done so, and like Steve have lost 1lb - pleased given I'm still recovering from injury and not running much at all.

Oh and I do like BritNick's use of symbols!!

First bracket starting weight, second bracket target weight, and between is current weight.

5lb drop in the two and a half week. Not bad for starters. Now need to pick up the training slowly.
