I've upped my training in a big way and have had to increase the carbs intake accordingly. No change in weight but I've definitely swapped some fat for muscle Easy does it, maybe I can lose a lb or 2 for next time.

I've lost one measely pound since the last weigh in. In my defense I did a huge run in the cold on Saturday and finished with my tank seriously on empty..... so much so that I had to resort to cramming a hunk of cake and a mars bar down my neck straight after and continued to feel starving all weekend.
