    Andy,
Hard luck, I just got in as a substitute in another team, otherwise I might have been able to help. Who is left in your original team?

Best of luck to the Nuns. Have a great night out. You're definitely better off without me.

Can't believe how many places have become available in the last day or so and there I was worrying I wouldn't get a run out this year... Good luck everyone, I'm sure I will see you all at somepoint through the night !!!

Many thanks to the organisers and marshalls for a great event:thumbup:

But what a disaster!! We missed the clough up to Bleaklow in the clag (not enough of an excuse because loads got there ok) and spent 90 minutes trying to find our way to the checkpoint. Then one of our team got a cramp like pain in his right thigh that would NOT go away. It was all going swimmingly as well. We were 5th team out and by the time we checked in at win hill we were in front, and stayed there until after cutthroat. Our plan for sub 12 was on the cards- we finished in 13:28:angry: Still, a great night out and to be highly recommended.

Yes thanks to Filthy Rich and team

The "nuns" had a good run out ending up 4th overall. lovely night to be out. pretty much nailed Bleaklow, no mistakes any where is what got us there. there were people allover on Bleaklow walking in some strange directions. We then put our foot down and ran hard to the finish catching the rollerbladers only for them to push on and finish a couple a minutes a head of us. so well done to Grouse and co, I don't think they really wanted to race in after nearly ten hours.

Fantastic run from Zlod and Flippers Gang getting the fastest time for years.

lovely run over Howden and bleaklow, no hat, no gloves and no water proofs. Coldest place was running over Lords seat!
one or two were running in shorts although Luvshack was fully dressed! Bumped in to PhilT just before Swainshead.
Great event and I havent qualified for next year! so with luck I won't have to do it.......

Evidently you're all still in bed.

When you wake up, why not re-live the joys of a very claggy Lords Seat ... and Brown Knoll ... and Kinder ... and ...

Pictures here, though if you were one of the teams taking a cunning lower line below Brown Knoll then I'm afraid we missed you.

Well I'm "up" again....just about managed to heave the ageing carcus out of me pit!!!

Just to reiterate - A VERY VERY BIG THANK-YOU to the fantastic Team of Marshalls,
who entertained in more than equal quality to their effecient & joyful marshalling in some pretty nasty claggy, damp & very chilly conditions..
+ A REAL BIG THANK-YOU TO FILTHY RICH (& THE LADY ON RESULTS)
+ HIGH PEAK CLUB FOR THE VERY ABLE ORGANISATION..Of this years event,
I'm sure all of our Team will be back...
More than likely with a fitter & faster Team Captain..
    Than yours truly...!!!
    Twas Great Fun!!
    Pub Next!

PS Green Flash - fraid/thankfully you missed us, we did indeed take the sneaky lower line,
popped out at the rather amazing Cairn - which contains the superb inscribed "Rushup Edge Stone"...
