I love the new Elbow album but is it just me or is there a hint of Peter Gabriel/early Genesis in the first few tracks?

Not bought the new album yet Hes, but I recall the first time I really listened to Elbow at my brother's a few years back I also commented on the Gabriel-esque nature of GG's vocals.

Elbow are wonderful, "build a rocket boys" sound pretty epic. Only listened to it on spotify with adverts to destroy the albums flow but sounded pretty good.
