So far today...cereal and banana
protein shake and a few stawberries
erm don't think I had any lunch
post run banana...I think that was lunch!
coffee and chocolate crepe
spinach and ricotta cannelloni, potatoes,carrots, broccoli, green beans
Not bad...oops forgot to mention the solero ice lolly and 2 glasses of jacobs creek sparkling rose!
