hi andy, ye man ive ran it a fair few times now, its a race I always enjoy doing but always end up infuriated at the end!!, as what normally happens is, im belting along grand, but lose ground climbing roseberry then loads of ground descending roseberry only to fly back across the last couple of miles of good running to just fail to catch the people who got away from me on roseberry i can see it happening now are you running it?

Forecast from BBC: 18, full sun and very little wind.

Bloody hell, it's going to be hard enough as it is thanks. Now we've got a hot day in store. Oh well, Ladies it's time to get the waxing kit out...it's shorts time!

Beautiful day, if not a little hot, a good race and a massive PB to boot. Good to see and speak to Hes (no plait), MG (no plait), AK and millions of fellow NFRs
