Hiya Steve, hope your back and crushed bits are recovered. I was interested in the stats too and have the same tactics as you ie, I run how I feel and I felt good on Saturday. Didn't fall (amazing...have been so clumsy lately). I've now got a throat infection so I'm chuffed that didn't kick in fully until Sunday.

Back and crushed bits ok but now in the grip of manflu, like most blokes i'm useless with a cold

My first Three Peaks and it won't be the last (think it will take the year for my knees to recover from the Inglebrough descent!). A fantastic day out, great crowd and after run festivities, thank you to the organisers and marshals.
