Thought I might start with something basic then work up to more sophisticated fare later. Today's lunch was a tin of soup and some bread :closed:

Wise words indeed, you need to have something to look forward to for Friday's Lunch......or is it the Pub on Friday?

BTW, You wre very low profile at the Peaks? I saw Merry, MG, Tussock Face, but not yourself, I don't even recall you shouting abuse as I passed you!

    Wow! That is focussed.......

I'm on a mission to put weight back on after 4 serious months of London Marathon training.

So far today: Breakfast Porridge with Syrup and a banana, Lunch Salami and Cheese Sandwich on brown seed bread, Yoghurt, couple of slces of Fruit Malt Loaf, just now a large piece of the wife's mome made chocolate cake with double choc icing!!!.........

I've had to buy a new belt. I've lost so much weight my old one won't hold up my jeans any more, even on the last hole :closed:
