Phew, at last I actually managed to start and finish one... I cant give you any advice hann as i aint no sprinter. I climb and descend well. Too little for sprinting. But maybe you might just not be a sprinter like me.
One things for sure , you wont see a sprinter off the front working. You need to stay in the pack until the last minute. Then use those slinky legs of yours to full effect. :thumbup::thumbup:.
You will get faster the more times you race mind.

Oh and yes gluing gets very sticky and messy. Did it a bit when i was younger and it was a saga. Wouldnt bother now though.
