Good selection eavesy. iirc it was filmed on the island of Amorgos. There's a bar there named after the film. Nice spot

This was my favourite film for years. I could watch the opening scenes again and again and Jean Marc Barr was soooo gorgeous, he took my breath away when I first saw it.

I'm on a (nightmare) visit to darkest Coventry at the minute and, just to make it even more 'fun', we went shopping at Birmingham Bullring Centre yesterday. On the positive side I bought the blu-ray version of the Big Blue folowing a recommendation from a friend and will hopefully be back home later tonight watching it. Also got Leon on blu-ray while I'm at it - my DVD version is scratched

    Tonight's movie...

    The King's Speech

I've really struggled to watch films lately, several have just been tedious dross. Not sure why, but this one held my attention. It's a simple story of boy meets girl causing a constitutional crisis...

    Highly recomended. Flapjack rating 9/10.

Only just seen this Stolly. Did you get the original english language version, or the awful french dubbed version?

The Navigators (2001) - a Ken Loach film about the breaking up of British Rail and the effects on the workers. Very good film, I enjoyed the humour and learned a bit about the way that Railtrack works or more to the point doesn't work!
