u still after one ambrosiaI know of a few going spare! I am doing it, 85% sure I am anyway, although something keeps telling me to do the redcar half the day after, as Id fly round there and it wouldnt take nothing out of me, where as Swaledale will leave a mark :P!!
Anyone ? I'll be there, should be in fine fettle for this

I regrettably had to bail out of this one very last minute ( literally on the morning ), I picked up a bad knee playing 5 a side for a couple of hours the day I also ran Ossy Oiks, then the day after I ran Blencathra before doing some further running in the lakes last weekend, this has left one of my knees crocked, thought it would be alright by race day but its not and it wouldve been foolish to race at Swaledale, anything else I might of risked it, but knees are precious so.....another week off for me....How did you get on like? (not that I recognise you by the name)
Oh Rev ! Football or running, choose one ! Last time I played 5-a-side I slipped 2 discs in my back. Never again. I had you down for a podium finish too ! Hope you're ok pal.
Hi Rev, was talking to you at Ossy Oiks after the race, I was the one bleeding in green Swaledale green top. Recognised you from your pic. SM went pretty well, was hoping for 3:40 but cramped on Blades after climb out of Gunnerside, finished in 3:45. Take it easy and get back to it soon.
So, I managed a PB with 26 mins to spare :w00t: what's all that about then ... great day for it and it all worked out for me! glad to be back after a dodgy IT band kept me sidelined for 3 months. Was dead chuffed with 4.24

Ye Jez I was hopeful of a good run as I felt freshened up after the marathon and I know I was dead fit and wouldve went really well but I will be back to try and win it next year haha
