    Not sure but here's the results for the 2011 race

    I seem to recall last years was won by Matthew Hayes in 3.08, this year he dipped in at 3.06 .... very well done I say!!

    In the past this race was regularly won with times just under the 3hr mark, but since the advent of the checkpoint at Blades, ensuring runners take the current route over the last few miles, I dont recall the 3hr mark being broken (getn on for 10 year I think), but some dude from Nottingham way won it for years on the trot up until recently and without knowing exactly, I seem to recall him getting very close to 3hrs.
    This years top3 times were all good going and the 3 lads are obviously fantastic runners

    Well done to me auld marra Ambrosia Kid aka Rice Pudding Boy. 19th overall and 3rd V50 gadgy, canny bonny lad and very generous with the nuclear broons and Go-bar bait

    I did it! ... and managed 49th position out of 419 finishers :thumbup: .... and avoided that rain storm:w00t: ... what a downpour!!!!! stair rods weren't in it.

    Got our entries in the post yesterday - it usually clashes with the LAMM so this is the first chance we've had to try it.
