Glad you enjoyed it FD. I did say Peter Sagan is an animal, though we might find him to be more of a cannibal!
Such a shame he isn't riding the tour, we'll just have to wait till the vuelta to see what impact he can have on a grand tour. I think he'll be a major GC contender for the grand tours in the not too distant future.

21-years-old it's madness to be that good at that age. One to watch definitely!

It depends. I don't like bib shorts - others do. I actually prefer the Craft Duathlon shorts I bought a couple of years back. Bit of padding but not too much.

Bibs for me. Got a few pairs of gore's at the minute which are good (2x bib shorts, 1x bib knickers), though you can notice the difference between the pair at the bottom of the range and a pair that are higher up the range. Try a few pairs on from differnt brands in both bib and shorts and see which suit you. And don't be put off by price, you'll be thankful of a comfy pair that fit well when your on a long ride. And while you're buying don't forget the chamois cream!

I might have an old pair of team Eurotel Deeside shorts you can have. If I can find them I'll bring them with the Ribble today.

Tom, bib shorts all the way for me! I used to suffer terribly from chaffing and the shorts pulling down along my back so that I always had a bit of bare back showing... cold!!! Then I discovered bib shorts and my days of discomfort were over! Somehow I prefer the mens ones as well, slightly different padding...

I've dug you out a pair of my old Team Brite shorts TT they'll get you started but you might want to invest in a new pair eventually.
