    Han if your thinking of changing to sram I'd hang on a bit as red is due for an upgrade. If you don't want to wait it can be found pretty cheap these days

    Well back home again with another 18 mile in the legs or an hour and a quarter on the seat.
    Warm evening.
    Do enjoy the trip to work and back, should make more of an effort to do it regular.

    Mega hot 54 miles tonight, nearly stopped at matlock for a milkshake but carried on. The climb up the road to riber was tough but the suffering was made tolerable by a slight breeze. Once on the tops the peak district was in all its glory.
    Def ready for the cold coke at the shop as i finished.

    Looks nice. How stiff is it nikalas. I keep thinking about trying a carbon frame. What size have you had

    25 mile round trip work and back followed by a short ride to Wythenshawe for a session on the athletics track...Ruined it all with a chippy tea!!!

    I had a hard track session, then went to McDonalds and bought a large strawberry milkshake... to cool down! God it was hot!
