I quite like the idea of folk piecing race results together amongst themselves. The FRA relays might take a while mind![]()

I think it was 2nd Es Tres 4.06, 3rd Carl Bell 4.14, 4th Kim Collins/Collinson (one was a sprinter for St Kitts I believe) 4.15 5th Scoffer 4.16. Times approx.
And that's about all I remember I'm afraid.
SportIdent was used so I guess results will find their way there...
so we have runners 1,2.3 & 4....I was 56th......think there were 165 all in....maybe 12 missed the cut off....one twsited ankle retiree and one deeply lacerated hand ( but finsihed ).....3 ran off home with the £30 dibbers !
One pair of mudclaws abandoned at finsih...( probably had enough of fell running after this one and decided to jack it in )
Fill in the spaces..lol
John Hunt's missing from the top results - he was up there tooi thought 4th or 5th...
Good job there was SI timing - word of mouth seems mightily unreliable - i blame the cold on Seatallan!
On the contrary Britta, I think we re doing great! We won't need the results soon! Mike r was on a photo, and I noticed matt hulley on the start list, they might add to the top ten?
Now I could ruin all your fun here, so all Il say is Matt Hulley didnt run and John Hunt was 4th and first Veteran. Carry on!
Ps I ain't blaming folk however, when I finished the wasdale race(done it once) I could only think about trying to sit down, managed it in the stream and couldn't get up again so didn't see any prizes! And was sick at the sheep centre at cockermouth!
