    I would agree with 'epic'. The route and weather certainly came together to challenge my resolve. A baptism of rain, wind and mud for my first AL race! Many thanks to the race organisers for a cracking race and thanks also to the chap who helped me up and out of the deep bog I accidentally ran into - much appreciated!

    Helen Berry (Holmfirth) won the Ladies in a time of around 3.06, not sure regarding Men, think winning time around 2.35.

    are there any results anywhere? Loved the race and apologises to the lady marshal at Holme Moss who I outrageously flirted with on the way back in. I blame tiredness.

    Bazzin race in great conditions. Loved it and will definitely do it again, many thanks to those heroic marshalls. Gutted to have missed the 4hr mark though:angry:
