(then lost any time I'd gained by having to stop to empty the gravel out of my shoes!)

I won a pair of those Innovate Debrigators at the Gt Hucklow race, and I was really impressed - they actually work! Not having to empty my shoes made up a lot of time! I'll definitely use them on Jura next year.

Just need to work on my cramp now!!
