Aye it was :wink: though as someone else has said it was clear weather on all except the last peak.
Looking across the valley descending from Blisco the top of Pike of Stickle was just peeking through the mist absolutely breathtaking!

Didn't spot you Alf, although it was busy and many were fully clothed up in waterproofs!

No I didn't spot you either M. I was well wrapped up at the start though and you would have been on your way home when I finished

didn't put people off though..........near 300 hardy folk turned up,great views when the cloud lifted.

......yes, always someone to follow so did not need to get the map out on the Pike o' Blisco descent - the only place where it would be easy to go wrong - no wind and good visibility; lots of anxious looks at the start though, more than I usually see/notice ....

Na 212's everyone I spoke with who wore them struggled. I think mudclaws would have been better.
