    It was only ever going to be a race diary to remind myself what I've done in the past, and in the past two years I've only done two races, which do need adding in. After a lifetime in the sport I have very little record of what I've actually done, so I started to keep a note of races and results, plus a few social runs that I felt were worthy of note. A club colleague has recently produced a chronolgy of pretty much every recorded performance that anyone in the club has ever done. It was quite interesting looking back at my races, although I clearly have far too many years where fellrunning didn't feature in my racing!
