I shall pretend to run, SteveS. Pretending to run is what I do best. That and falling.

A bit different to my first one, a run over a leg of the BG. Maybe we should just ditch the running bit completely so we can fit all this other stuff in

OOh I fancy cooking lessons, dancing and absailing off the moot hall :D I don't see any wild swimming on there; how about ice skating?!!!!

Also notably absent; beer consumption :o

Oh only if I could just run like normal people!

Technology failed my HTC phone this morning but the link above is the planned XOTF cycle ride. Relatively lowland, not too long but a bit of fun. I have the Memory Map route available for those who are interested. maps will be provided on the day to those who ask but the printing is a little 'vague' at present.

Let me know if you are interested and don't be put off by the bone crunching references in the description. Its a mountain bike magazine after all, they don't cater for nails fellrunners!

Who said anything about us being nails fellrunners? That talk of descents scares me

Given the terrrain and the time of year I feel that it would be only sensible for those planning on using bikes with baskets that they give consideration to bringing a few spare strands of wicker - just in case.

There will not be a kit check but those not bringing bikes may face sanction.
