this was the advice given by the 100 year-old who recently completed a marathon and also set 8 other world records in the same week. I had to shorten it slightly due to the character count, and also had to miss out his name. So well done Mr Singh! As you say Steve, there's too much negativity out there. Negative people never make themselves happy, and can drain the life out of those around them. (I'm not criticising anyone who is clinically depressed or sad with good reason: just those who should be glad they're neither but go around miserably anyway.)
