I really like this race myself, i love the fact that you can keep the whole field in view as you're running and i really like that short but but steep hill which adds a little spice on both laps. It's just getting there from North Manchester on the M57 and the A57 after work which is the ball ache.

I did that one last year... was on a really cool wet night. 2 laps on trails, grass and a canal bank. Quite enjoyed it - they served up sausages and chips at the pub afterwards!
