this weekend calf I will mostly be decorating my front room and ordering a new carpet might paint the fence too if it's sunny well if i can't do buckden i may as well do summat useful .

Well the 'intention' is to spend this afternoon having a couple of scoops and get out of liverpool with my wallet around 9ish! So I don't spent all day saturday recovering. So I'll try and get out on the bike with the club in the morning!

Depending on that will determine whether I do the great hill fell race. In last 6 weeks I've run for 35 mins so should be fine!

Sunday I'm doing a mtb race in yorkshire and on monday I'm going buying some new work clothes types things!!!!!
