    Wow, getting so close now! Can hardly wait, anything to get out of London would be good anyway, but nothing comes close to xotf!

    Might be walking (or sitting in the pub...) on the Friday now rather than mountain biking, just too injured to cope with off-road stuff. Still hoping to run/shuffle on the Saturday. Saving what I can for the main events, the stagger from the last pub to The Loft and the danceoff x

    I've not been able to run since 23rd October due to a snapped calf but there is no way I won't be running at XOTF....Fleeter can make the most of my weakness and try and beat me for the first time....the fat buttock!

    Friday can be a walk up grisedale pike and back down past those old mine workings,nice and short,if that suits people better?

    Where are we running from on the saturday?
