and mine! Peppered butter under the skin, on 3 halved onions, water in the bottom of the baking tray, 2 layers of tin foil. Job's a good un:thumbup:
I wish it was quiet around here - chaos - and about to get worse when we arrive at my sisters place!
peaceful here! didn't get up till 8.45, we still havent done the prezzies! Mrs and Mini IDP at church, I've just put the Duck in with roasties made from the baked potatoes I did in the woodburner last night.
A new idea for Christmas dinner is a carvery. Mrs S has cooked the Beef, Ham and Turkey.
Can't wait. More meat the better.
Apparently I'm having curry for dinner. Not sure if it's turkey curry??

Lazy sod I did not get to bed until after 1 AM (the XMas Family guy is very good) because I had to wait for them to fall asleep before getting the stuff from the attic and then up again at 6:30. At least the wife and I got out for a 6 mile run in Mellor this morning while the two older ones sang in the church choir, lovely morning it was.
