    Sorry but no times were recorded, there was a problem with the timer thingy.

    Yeah, that was me. I needed a steady one or i'll be carrying it for weeks on end otherwise. Should be ship-shape and Bristol fashion for Firbank.

    Well done to all the Helm volunteers over the last 2 days. There was a huge amount of work behind the scenes yesterday with the organising, and more today trying to rectify the timings and the results.

    First kwl run for me, really enjoyed the atmosphere, and managed to turn in a passable performance. On to the next one!

    It was a great day, and what an enormous turnout for the U12s. It was important for our new Ambleside Junior team to have a good experience on their first event, which they really did, and we'll see everyone next Sunday. Well done to all - the Winter League is a fantastic series. I love it.
