Well unless it says on a packet it has 200 calories who am I to argue but should you show me some super energy rich flapjack I'll pass it, 4 jelly babys or some crackers will not, remember these are emergency foods and as such you should have them at the finish, you should be carrying other food seperately to eat on your run.
There is to be a kitcheck for an undisclosed number at the finish, emergency food is on the kitlist.....!!!
