You have to consider the resources available to him at Everton. He has consistently kept them in mid table security now for a number of years whilst a number of higher spending clubs have wallowed lower down.
One of my favourite managers in the last 25 years has been George Graham. I can enjoy fantastic defending and great organisition as well as attacking flare and GGs Arsenal team was a fantastic team and was still the base for Wenger's early success.
GGs Leeds team was also coming along nicely and he took them from close to relegation to 5th and UEFA Cup. He started with the defence though.

I'd be quite happy with GG, O'Neil, I'd be even happier with Ferguson.

I have always had my reservations about Redknapp back to his West Ham days. Maybe he'll get it and prove me wrong. But I anticipate a Redknapp team that will still include Terry and Lampard and I can't see that bringing us success.

Hart, Richards, Jones, Ferdinand, Cole, Chamberlain, Cleverly, Wilshire, Young, Welbeck, Rooney.
