Fell End Clouds will not be rescheduled and it is planned to stay as best 5 to count for juniors and best 7 to count for seniors.

Fairmile is being marked out today. If there are any issues regards access then we'll post something on the Helm Hill Runners website and on here tonight.

We always need help with parking to make sure everyone parks off the road so you would be a most welcome volunteer. I think the timekeeping etc. is covered but you could always ask them if they need a hand.

Sorry to hear you aren't able to run, and the offer of help is much appreciated.

It sounds like the road to Fairmile are passable with care.

The ascent route above the junior courses is treacherous with ice so the seniors might have an out-and-back route up the descent route and back. They'll descide tomorrow.

I may not be able to arrive early enough to marshal the parking but we'll see, i've promised myself a breakfast at Duo!

This should really be in the 'was it you?' thread, but did I see you in Duo this morning then? I had a coffee with my young daughter and we sat by the window at around 10.30...

...before deciding an icy up and down dash was not what I needed and wussed out of KWL. Hope it went ok at Fairmile.
