On the two previous occasions that i have run the race my training consisted of running up and down lots of steep hills, my training this time will be running up and down even more steep hills :thumbup:

If I read it correctly, you are on the waiting list if you sent an entry and you aren't on the provisional list. Get training Amex - I think you'll be running.
