I don't go on that Facebook (I don't like wasting time on the internet on social networking web-sites) but Stef is on there. She has a friend who is always posting pictures of himself and a sheepdog running around in the Dales. The guy is either half naked or wearing a ludicrous wooly hat most of the time. Brian or Bryan is his name. A bit of a funny lad. Slightly obsessive I'd say:closed:

You're thinking of Dom I guess, but he's always posting pictures of bicycles or steam trains

I like Facebook. Its far more interesting than reading a blog because its interactive and it feels more like sharing things. My fb friends come from all areas of my life and travels and I have a separate page for my work as an artist so that I don't have relative strangers on my profile page. Its good to have fellow forumites as fb friends too and put faces to the names.

    Re: Facebook Friends

I hate Facebook, up until a few weeks ago it was stalking me with these stupid updates and had been doing for years, until i found out how to turn off everything. Facebook has turned into a place for organising ineffectual and pointless gestures like balloon releases for baby P. I saw a big silver balloon littering the shores of Fewston Reservoir last weekend and thought, "yep, Facebook did that."
