No, but I think I know who that would have been. I was home and showered by then.

About 11.45 this morning I was running down from Cunswick fell to the road bridge at the bottom, you were running up in the opposite direction, think I might have grunted hello. Was it you?

2 runners heading towards Glossop turning circle. I was the runner in road shoes heading the other way. Honestly, I normally have fell shoes on...and run on appropriate fell terrain.

Lass with the 'dicky compass', passed twice today around edale skyline (we were going opposite ways), first at Swines Back around 9:15 (you were going down from Kinder edge and me up onto Kinder) and then Harden Clough farmtrack around 10:45 (you were descending to Edale and me climbing back up to Mam Tor). Lad hidden under balaclava and yellow jacket.

Guy sat in Windemere train station waiting room between platforms 2 and 3 at around 9:30am yesterday (Saturday) morning, wearing fell running gear. I was in there with a tonne of bags and in walking gear.

Yesterday, Thursday 8th March, at 7.15 pm I was traversing up the E side of Winder when I saw a headtorch approaching through the clag from the direction of Arant Haw. You did not actually descend to meet me but stayed on the ridge up to the summit of Winder .... see "Tonight's Headtorcher" thread!

Not me but could have been several hours earlier: I'm usually somewhere up in the Howgills on a Thursday. Did you do the Sedbergh three peaks on Tuesday 6th then? Have I encountered the WD without knowing who you were?
