Me neither, and navigate as well, and the 40 miler comes at the end of the first phase of selection when they're knackered and sleep deprived. Special kind of bloke gets through.

8.2 miles 1300' round local hills. I was joined by 'Toto' again for a couple of interval sessions
I had a lovely 10.5m run in Settle with Stolly yesterday and then Glaisdale fell race today. Will be doing another run tomorrow and possibly some wild swimming if the weather holds out.
9 miles today from my house to the top of cleeve hill. only pavement pounding but just nice to be out on a beautiful day sweating out this ghastly cold ive had.
Noted. Can't be as cold as Angle Tarn in October either way
done quite a bit in the Secret Valley in the Cotswold, If any one is local to this spot you are very lucky.
Must have done some good as I did 12 miles and 2000ft on the road this morning and felt great, less then 2 weeks to the Skyline and I'm a bit worried I've not done enough training.
