Leaving work (Saltaire) far behind on a Friday afternoon & heading up & over the moors in glorious sunshine. Then having to take your base layer off just above Weecher because it feels like SUMMER !!!!!

Ha, ha, I wish Rev. I'm a 40 year old plodder now !
It was chuffin warm out there this afternoon like.
Springy peat and Curlews today....smile accomplished.
Riding my bike through downtown village on Saturday en route to Winter Hill, and seeing a lady runner clutching not one but two bottles of lucozade. She must have been going for a long one!
Going to put my Walshes on, that I had left by the back door to dry out and finding them full of snow! :w00t:
Good training for the Highlander:thumbup:
Pint of Hawkshead Bitter after a run:thumbup:
Most of the above; for me its just that feeling of being 'out there' freedom from work and all that goes with it and keeping a few quid in my pocket for carb replacement real ale style in a Peak District pub, makes me sleep like a baby too
