OK the voice isn't great now but when you are the last of the great American song writers and second only to Dylan in the pantheon: who cares?

And yes I have every song he has recorded and dozens he wrote for others and yes I go see him whenever he performs in the UK and yes I still weep when I hear some of his love songs.
